For domestic services: cancellation less than 48 working hours before the start of the first service will be charged 100% referring to the no show;

The values of overtime, extra km, coordinators and tour guides are based on services to be carried out in the city of São Paulo. In other regions, it is necessary to request a price quote;

Exemption from overtime charges for up to 30 minutes of waiting in transfer and daily services, exceeding this period will be subject to overtime charges;

To change the service schedule, if requested on the same date as the service is performed, a no-show will be charged and a new charge will apply for the rescheduled service;

For coordinator and/or support team trips, travel, food and lodging expenses will be borne by the contracting party;

Extra expenses such as parking, extra km and overtime will be charged after the end of the service;

After 24 working hours of sending the closing of the service to the contracting party, if there is no disagreement, the invoice will be issued in accordance with the information contained in the Service Order;

For all coastal cities, the value of the entrance fee in the city is not included, being the responsibility of issuance on behalf of the contracting party;

By ANTT's determination, all Interstate and Intermunicipal trips must have a passenger list with name and ID with issuing body up to 48 hours before boarding. If in doubt, please access: www.antt.gov.br ;

Our vehicles do not travel on dirt roads;

For cases of vehicle customization, there will be a charge during the period in which the vehicle is stopped for the adhesive and removal process. Values do not include art and contracting a company for wrapping and in case of damage to vehicles in the wrapping process, the expense for repair will be borne by the contractor;

To disembark at Congonhas airport, the reception will take place at the main arrival;

In the case of minors up to 07 years old, the responsibility for the equipment (seat or booster seat) is the contracting party;

For international services: after confirmation, cancellations and changes (of day and time) will be charged as no show;

For international services and assistance between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am, they may be subject to an increase of up to 25% referring to the nightly surcharge, according to local legislation;
